I am an HR Adviser with day to day responsibility for the BarwellsHR service and I have worked in the legal sector for over 20 years. I provide HR advice and support to external clients on all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle, from on-boarding to termination and everything in-between, eg family leave, employee wellbeing, flexible working, performance management, sickness absences, grievances and disciplinaries. I ensure that clients are kept abreast of all legislation changes and draft and update HR and Employment documentation (contracts of employment, handbooks, policies, etc) to ensure that clients’ HR/Employment documentation is always legally compliant.
BarwellsHR offers packages to suit all client requirements, with various levels of retainer service, Pay As You Go bundles and ad-hoc HR involvement as and when required.
Outside of work I am a very keen gardener, I love to read and listen to all types of music and I enjoy dog walks with my gorgeous Spaniel, Hattie.
