I joined BarwellsHR on 25th November 2025 as HR Adviser, working closely with Lynn and Jenny.
My role is to support our external clients by providing pro-active HR advice, support and documentation on matters as and when they arise.
I am CIPD qualified, with 24 years HR experience gained across both public and private sectors. The last 15 years have been spent working initially as an HR Adviser, progressing to HR Business Partner for a global defence company, where my role was to support the senior business leaders with the company strategy as well as providing robust HR support to department heads.
Outside of work I enjoy eating out with friends and family –a foodie who also enjoys a decent glass of wine. I travel widely across the USA and Europe, riding roller coasters and take regular city breaks in Spain, where I adore the culture. I have a very demanding 6-year-old British Blue cat named Bella, who keeps me busy.
