Josh Elliott-Noye

I am an Associate and Head of our Family Law Department.

Since joining the firm mid-way through 2015, I have gone on to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive and became an Associate in 2022. I specialise in all aspects of family law including divorce, the resolution of financial matters on divorce or separation, separation agreements and resolving any disputes over children of the family. I assist parties who require protection of orders such as non-molestation orders and occupation orders.  I also assist parties with nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.

I take great pride in my work and believe in establishing good working relationships with my clients to achieve the best possible outcome.

In my spare time I enjoy sports such as golf, tennis, running and football. For my sins, I’m a keen West Ham fan. I also enjoy music, walking my dog and socialising with friends and family.
