I joined Barwells in September 2025 as HR Manager and Head of BarwellsHR, our new external client HR service.
I am a Chartered Member of CIPD with over 30 years of experience in HR working in both the private and public sectors, most recently as HR Consultant in a legal practice. My HR experience covers the employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, development and retention, as well as employee relations, engagement and HR strategy and
Working closely with the Heads of Departments & Directors I am responsible for shaping and delivering the firm’s HR strategy and day to day operations providing advice and guidance on a wide range of employment and people matters.
Outside of work I am a keen baker, enjoy making soft furnishings and loves spending time with my fox red lab Hendricks (named after the gin not Jimmy!)
