Anne Tully

I am a Barrister and Senior Consultant based primarily at Barwells’ Eastbourne branch.

A Cambridge graduate, I have had over 30 years experience at the Bar, appearing at all court levels, including the Court of Appeal.

I specialised in personal injury and clinical negligence claims, before joining the personal injury department at Barwells in March 2014. I have dealt with claims ranging from a few thousand pounds to several million pounds, and have acted in road traffic claims, accidents at work and public liability claims.

I have extensive experience in acting for claims by minors. I head the department section dealing with clinical claims. I pride myself on being approachable and caring, and at the all time doing the best for my clients.

Outside of work I love travel, opera & theatre, cooking and gardening.
